“Overachievement” by John Eliot, PH.D.

The “rules” for becoming an overachiever would certainly move a person out of their comfort zone!

“No excuses, ignore the odds, and go for it!” Gather my confidence and know: I am able and will do whatever is necessary. That is, swim against—run against—break through the barriers.

The possibilities in training our body are there. I can relate to, “When the pressure’s on, the body goes into a higher state of performance”. I’ve got to get back into that frame of mind and set up a training regime to become an overachiever!

As I review this video, I am urged to apply the wisdom of the Note. I, too, can become an overachiever who consistently outperforms the rest of his fellows.

Dear Brian, How grateful I am to you and many great Philosophers who send me their News letter to me. To be honest with you, I am nobody but always wanted to be somebody. Like every human on this planet,I have my Dreams and "Dream" which is very big.You will be laughing if I told you about it. I have been asking this question again and again, Why I am here, what is my life's purpose, what can I do to make a difference in the world etc etc .Now I am here at nowhere. When I lost my job in 2003 due to an accident,I was very frustrated and I forgot all the good things which happened in the past and concentrating only the bad things which happened to me. Somehow I am here to writing my comments to an unknown Philosopher who makes me laugh and cry at the time.World needs people like you. There are lots of people on this planet who has forgotten to laugh.Thank you so much from bottom of my heart for sending me Philosophers Note.It really make me realize who I am, what I like to do rest of my life and able to bring myself back. I feel happier than ever to know myself and realize that I am the luckiest one to be alive.I am going to be 50 in July and I feel my life is half full.Thank you so much from bottom of my heart. I wish you and your wife great success in life and may your Dreams come true.World needs people like you Brian. Keep up the good work. My sincere love to you and your family.God bless you always.
