Wow, Brian, This is TOTAL AWESOMINITY!!!!
As I have said: "We gain our self-esteem throught what we do, not from what is done to us nor for us."
And, like I say: "Motivation requires daily reinforcement."/so too does Self-Esteem. I came back to this as Brian Tracy talks so much about Self-Esteem in one of the greatest works of its kind: The Psychology of Selling, which includes so many principles/Laws/and ideas that are important to every living person on this planet who wishes to be a net contributor to the greater good.
Living Conciously, and "Mindfulness" are repeated themes thoughout these many works. As the leader of IBM, Thomas Watson noted with the posting like everywhere of his sigh: THINK. And Earl Nighingale so aptly put/reflecting Einstein, that the man affliction of mankind is that they choose not ot Think! And there you have it.
